Ingredients
- 1½ oz vodka
- 3 oz La Fonte Passata (Sieved Tomatoes)
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice (to taste)
- 3–4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2–3 dashes hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- Ice
To garnish
- Celery stick, black pepper, or fresh herbs
Method
- Fill a mixing glass or shaker with ice.
- Add the vodka, La Fonte Passata, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Gently roll the drink between two glasses (or stir) to combine - avoid shaking too hard to keep the texture smooth.
- Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with celery and a crack of black pepper.
